So the expropriation of land only applies to land that is not being used and enjoyed by an owner. Barren land. Therefore any barren and unused land owned by the government and the municipalities is up for grabs. This does not include land privately owned and paid for by any citizen of any nationality and persons. That would be theft and illegal. Effectively any property that is owned and not used by the corporations and is laid to waste, is not beneficial to the public and should be confiscated and used to generate either food or commerce to the benefit of the citizens of a country. This is common sense. If the corporation of the South African government cannot afford to make the land produce, for the benefit of the public, then the public have a right to take that lands and put it to good use for the benefit of the public in general and not for personal gain. By instigating a violent approach to this proposed project, you have failed to take into account that this process will have to be applied peacefully, to be even remotely legal. You have not compiled any research on what property or whose property will be available nor to whom it should be made available. This is a process that has to be carefully planned to ensure a fairness that would benefit all citizens. By encouraging uneducated masses to go forth and rape and plunder you have become a criminal and you have no place in a position that is designed to be of a benefit to the nation. The Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic. Any law or conduct that is inconsistent with the Constitution is invalid, and the obligations imposed by it must be fulfilled. Section 16 Freedom of expression: 16. (1) Everyonehas the right to freedom of expression, which includes -- ... (2) The right in this section (1) does not extended to -- (a) propaganda of war; (b) incitement of imminent violence; or (c) advocacy of hated that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion and that constitutes incitement to cause harm. The poor public you convince with your lies, believe them because they know no better and think it is ok because the media newscasts your ludicrous statements to the world. You have not considered that the black population is a divided population by citizens of South Africa and a very large immigrant population. The non white population consists of the Cape Coloured, Indian nation, Chinese etc. They own plenty of land that you know nothing about and are threatening to take. Then there is the fact that most white business took on a black partner to become compliant with the future of the countries expectations after the abolishment of apartheid. Our President is a fine example of this and is partnered with many white businesses and therefore those businesses are protected from the likes of Malema and his uneducated followers. Malema professes to be be on the side of the disenfranchised but he is doing the same as every person before him, making money from his lies and buying big properties. Where is this money coming from. So he plays with the emotions of the public and relies on the underdeveloped mental capacities of some of the people and promises them lies, while he profits personally. There is a saying you cannot keep doing the same thing and expect to come up with a different result. Our black population of today are educated and sophisticated and there are little to none distinguishable differences in the business sector. The have many white friends and some are even closer than just friends. This is what the purpose of the abolishment of apartheid was meant to achieve. It is working. No one said it would not take time. It is people like Malema that are opening old wounds because their narrowmindededness with no vision toward the success of this country which is beyond his comprehension. Did you get free shoes? Leave the job of the professionals to the professionals. People have studied for many years to be able to make informed decisions. --- These are the people we should vote for.
